Before & After Gallery

Real photos from real jobs across the Kansas City metro — Overland Park, Prairie Village, Olathe, Shawnee, Mission, Fairway, KCMO and beyond. Every shot is from work I personally did. No stock photos.

Before & After

A note on what you're seeing

On standard brushed concrete — driveways, walkways, regular patios — the visible difference is from the pressure washing. The penetrating sealer used after the wash soaks in to protect the concrete; it doesn't change the look or texture, which is what most homeowners want.

On stamped and decorative concrete — like the Overland Park patio at the top — the seal does change the look on purpose. A color-enhancing penetrating sealer brings the original color back out, gives it a richer "wet look," and protects against UV, freeze-thaw, oil, and water without forming a glossy film.

Either way, the wash is what cleans it up; the seal is what keeps it that way through Kansas City winters and summer storms. If you want to see what your own property could look like, the fastest way is a free quote. I'll come out, walk it with you, and give you an honest read.
