RG-80X at 80 percent solids. UV stable, so it will not amber the way a bare epoxy topcoat does. Foot traffic the next morning, vehicles at 48 hours.
Torginol flake, hand broadcast into the wet basecoat until the floor will not take any more. Roughly 25 pounds per 100 square feet. It carries the color and the grip, and it hides dust.
PLE-100, 100 percent solids, squeegeed and back rolled at 8 to 16 mils. The manufacturer requires 12 hours before anything goes over it. That is the reason your garage takes two days instead of one.
Diamond ground to a CSP-2 profile, cracks and spalls filled and ground flush. The coating keys into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it, which is why it does not peel up with a hot tire.
